Chef: Free melee starter with the highest listed base damage per second. Get it by Owned when you join. Use it to Point Chef at bosses and thin waves. Add a splash hero when many enemies walk side by side.
Chef hits one enemy per swing with kitchen weapons that change by level. Level 5 is listed at 230 damage every 1.5 seconds, 153.33 per second, for 13,010 mana.

Tutoro runs the tutorial quest, added during Easter 2021. Open it from the badges category, the help screen, or the prompt when you join. You place Wizard, see the range bubble, and upgrade him. Clearing it awards the Tutorial Done badge, 50 coins, and the Tutoro sticker.
On a standard map, Easy ends on wave 25, Medium on wave 35, and Hard on wave 40. The final wave is the boss wave.
Mana is spent inside a match to place and upgrade heroes. Coins are the lobby shop currency used to buy heroes. Codes that pay coins do not fill your mana bar.
