What is Spectre?

The buff steps are +10, +25, +40, +70, and +100 percent damage. Range grows from 5 to 12 studs. Mana to max is 17,400. From level 3, heroes in the aura cost more to upgrade, up to +10 percent at level 5. Summoner minions are not buffed. The ability adds 25 percent attack rate for a flat 10,000 mana.
